- 1 can chickpeas, drained & rinsed
- 1/2 cup pumpkin puree
- 1 tablespoon minced garlic
- 1/3 cup tahini
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- fresh cracked black pepper or sprinkle with cayenne pepper, if desired
Mix all ingredients together in food processor, blend until smooth and desired consistency. If needed, add small amounts of water.
